God's Word = The only benchmark

 

Every Believer gets at least one at salvation.

 

Gifts are given for the common good of the Body of Believers.

 

Holy Spirit distributes as He wills.

 

All gifts are needed in the Body.

 

One gift is not more important than another.

 

Gifts are not the same as talents/skills.
